Over Wintering Temperature:
35 to 50 degrees A very rapid grower, early and frequent pruning is a must or your finished container will be tall and upright. Starts flowering in late Spring - early Summer so stop pruning in late spring.
General pest and disease practices as put in the notes. Spider Mites, Aphids, Thrips. Spider mites can be especially problematic so scout and treat agressively.
Grower Tips:
Can be over wintered in a 29 degree polyhouse. Red calyxes are very showy making this great for Fall sales. In Zone 6 this is a dieback shrub that performs like a perennial.
