I bought 12 of these plants Phenomenal Lavender specifically for our bees. In 2021 the nursery advised me that these perennials will grow in our area as we are in zone 5 and these plants are rated zone 4. We fast-forward to one year to 2022, and not a single plant survived our winter. I went back to the same nursey for advice as to why they did not survive and the owner specified that they only sell lavender as annuals. Not sure why they are rated to grow in zone 4 then.
