Awesome texture!
This unique version of our native red-twig dogwood offers a little twist: heavily textured foliage that has a "quilted" effect. It makes an eye-catching addition to your landscape and thrives even in wet or partially shaded areas. Though it does flower and display some red coloration on its young stems, foliage is this variety's defining characteristic.
Top three reasons to grow Pucker Up red-twig dogwood:
- Heavily textured foliage
- native and tolerant of a wide range of conditions
- slow-growing, so it rarely requires pruning

PLEASE NOTE: Pucker Up!® Red Twig Dogwood Cornusus is restricted and cannot be shipped to the state(s) of FL.
Maintenance Notes:This is a very low-maintenance plant that rarely needs pruning. If you wish to prune it, do so in early spring. Year-old and younger stems will show some red color in winter, but its slow-growing habit means that it should not be pruned heavily, as it will take a while for it to recover.
Tolerates some shade, as well as wet soils.
