    Features

Luscious, rich, lavender-purple, double blossoms that closely resemble the flowers of a zinnia, though much smaller. With the double blooms and the prolific blooming habit, these asters look like purple clouds when in full bloom. Asters are star performers in fall gardens.

    • Fantastic choice! We purchased this plant in late summer from Lowe's and it does not disappoint. Not only did we have prolific blooms after planting, but also this tough plant is outshining some of our evergreens that we planted this year. I love how hardy it has been with an unseasonably warm fall in Kentucky, followed by the single digit temperatures we've had recently this winter. It is not easy to find a hardy, lavender/blue flowering plant locally that is also not toxic to dogs. I hope I can find more of these cute plants before the fall of 2024!
