I love Superbells® Superbells® Blackcurrant Punch so Much, I’d Marry It

I’d like to thank the plant breeders that, clearly, had me in mind when they made Superbells® Blackcurrant Punch Calibrachoa.  It’s got a ton of non-stop flowers, just a little girlish frill, a brooding, 2-tone punk rock color scheme and an even more punk rock attitude. As in, “Go ahead and DON’T water or deadhead me, your ineptitude only makes me stronger”.  When I was first gardening, Calibrachoas weren’t this hardy and tended die off, leaving a weepy but colorful tumbleweed to blow across my yard, if I so much as looked at them wrong. And here is one that thrives despite my neglect.

I don’t get tired of pairing it with other dark stuff, like Proven Accents® Illusion® Midnight Lace, Superbena Royale® Plum Wine and ColorBlaze® Newly Noir. I <3 monochromatic schemes, I feel like they are easier to work with when you want to cluster pots together, moving them around endlessly or if you want to drop said pot into a garden bed spot that’s lackluster. But people that don’t like monochromatic schemes as much as I do, want to DEFINITELY check out Proven Accents® Illusion® Emerald Laceand ColorBlaze® Lime Time® with my bestie, Superbells® Blackcurrant Punch
