Crazy Good Plants

I got a crazy good box of trial plants from Proven Winners. CRAZY. GOOD. I opened it up and got to planting immediately and 3 areas in my yard are grateful for it!

Area number 1: A Giant, GIANT pot in the driveway. The box had large quantities of Superbells^® Pomegranate Punch Calibrachoa and Superbena^® Violet Ice Verbena, which already look really awesome together, but once they start growing into each other? I think it'll be eye piercing. I just happened to have a giant banana plant hanging around so I stuck that in the center.

Area number 2: Also in the box was some Dolce^® Blackberry Ice Heuchera, which are pretty much life altering. My shade garden is so filled with Coral Bells already, that I ended up tucking them in a sunnier spot, under a super borrrrrrring perennial geranium that I was thinking about removing. This Blackberry Ice^® makes the whole area glow!

Area number 3: As for the Catalina^® Grape-o-licious Torenia that was also in the box? I have it waiting to go in my shade beds once spring's Bleeding Hearts die back.

I'm totes looking forward to spending the summer with these new plants!
